Men's Groups
Txoko: Borrowing its name from the Basque word for a local social club, this Spanish-speaking group is open to all types of men, whether you come to St George’s or not. Held at various times throughout the year, usually on a Friday night, we may go bowling or shoot some pool, then out to eat afterwards somewhere in the city. All nationalities and ages welcome – good for foreigners who want to practice their Spanish/Catalan (or for locals who want to practice their English with native speakers from around the world). A great way to invite Spanish/Catalan friends to non-religious activities. Contact: Andy Frankland.
